The Business Administration program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in a modern office environment using business computers and software systems. Students will learn how to use software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Access, PowerPoint and QuickBooks.

Students will be prepared to enter the workforce as: 

  • Accounting and Payroll Clerks
  • Administrative Assistants
  • Correspondence Clerks
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Executive Secretaries
  • Office and Administrative Support Staff 

General Education courses in Psychology, Math, English and Writing complete this program.

The Hospitality Management program focuses on a variety of occupations in both the hospitality and property management industries such as: 
  • Hotel/Motel Management
  • Apartment Management
  • Mobile Home Park Management
  • RV Park Management
This program also contains courses in computerized office including property accounting and the Microsoft Office Suite applications.

General Education courses in Psychology, Sociology, Math and English will complete this AAS Degree program.

This AAS Degree program prepares the student for a variety of occupations in several different industries. Courses in
Video Production and Editing,

Audio Recording and Production, Stage and Props, Broadcast Techniques, CD and DVD Duplication and Marketing gives the student a great start in some very exciting careers such as:  

  • News Assistant
  • Audio or Video Operator
  • Script Supervisor
  • Film and Video Editor
  • Radio Operator
and other occupations within the Television, Video & Motion Picture community. The student will also receive training in Microsoft’s Office Suite and General Education courses including English, Psychology, Math, and more.

This program also presents excellent Entrepreneurial opportunities in areas such as self-employment in Catering and Independent Food Service. The student will also have coursework in general office and Microsoft Office Suite applications. General Education courses including English, Psychology, Math, and more complete this AAS Degree program.
